Loading Rewards
The company acquires digital objects to deliver to its employees as part of the complementary non-salary compensation, in this way, it can implement a benefits plan that complements their income.

Delivery of Rewards
Through the iBliss administrator portal, the company distributes the rewards according to its corporate definitions.
As a reward, employees will receive a set of digital objects that they can monetize when they wish for their free use.

Redeem rewards
From the iBliss app, employees can redeem their rewards by monetizing them or consuming the balance they represent in the Marketplace for their benefit.

Benefits, Spend Positively Generating Well-being
The Reward module allows the manager or authorized manager to enter the iBliss Business Portal and grant complementary non-salary economic benefits, expressed in bonuses or aid that are part of the corporate benefits plan.
A Tax Strategy.
Expenses that are generated with a direct impact on employees are tax deductible, since they can be declared as expenses to reduce taxes, in such a way that, supported by the government, an environment of well-being is fostered among the employees of the company.
