Privacy Policy
The control and processing of the Personal Data of the Platform Users are the exclusive responsibility of the Platform Administrators, who delegate the processing thereof to IBLISS in order to provide the Platform Services. IBLISS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all Platform Users. IBLISS does not sell, rent, exchange, or offer in any way the personal information of the Users or the Company or Organization to which they belong. IBLISS uses the User information provided by the Platform Administrators and supplemented by the Users themselves to enable, facilitate, optimize, and enhance the experience of the Users in the use of the Platform services.
Information Collected
The Platform collects different types of information from Users in order to provide its service.
Personal Information: The minimum data required to create a User is their Name, Surname, and Email Address. In some circumstances, some additional personal data may be required, such as a personal or work Identification Number, Country of Residence, Work or Personal Address, and/or Telephone Number, in order to provide the contracted Services. All these Personal Data are managed and controlled by the Platform Administrators.
Work Information: The profile of the Users can be supplemented with work information such as Position, Supervisor or boss, Department or Area, and other data related to work activity. This data can be completed by the User themselves or by the Platform Administrator.
Content and usage data: The data originating from the use of the Platform, such as the pages and content that a User accesses, the actions they perform, and the time at which they access, are used by IBLISS to provide usage statistics to the Platform Administrators.
Device information: Some details of the devices used to access the Platform, such as brand, model, operating system, location, and IP address, may be collected in order to provide a correct service to the User. If access to the User’s location is required for any geolocated service, the corresponding authorization will be requested.
Use of Information
The Information Collected by the Platform will be used by IBLISS to provide, maintain, and improve the Services offered. For example:
- Verify the identity and register a new User.
- Contact the user in relation to the use or consumption of the Platform Services.
- Monitor the use, availability, and security of the Platform.
- Collect usage statistics for the Platform Administrators.
- Improve the user experience and develop new functionalities and content.
Shared information
The Information Collected by the Platform is shared with the Administrator Users of the same, who have control over it. It may also be shared with third parties on certain occasions, for example:
- With service providers, who perform functions and provide services as data sub-processors, with whom IBLISS maintains specific privacy clauses.
- With third parties, such as providers of applications, products, content, and integrations available on the platform, in order to provide a particular service, in which case they may receive and process personal data based on their own privacy policies.
- For legal purposes, as provided below in this Policy.
Access, modification, deactivation, and deletion of Personal Data
Users have access to all their Personal Data in their profile, in the “My Account” section of the Platform, where they can modify and rectify them immediately. If data editing is not available, they must request the modification from the Platform Administrators. Likewise, Administrators also have available the necessary tools to export all the Personal Data of the Users in a standard format to be transferred.
If a User wishes to stop using their account, they must request its deactivation and/or definitive deletion from the Platform Administrators.
In all cases of modification, deactivation, and deletion of Personal Data, IBLISS will retain such data in backups for up to 90 days. However, during that time, they will no longer be available on the Platform.
Cookies and Session Storage
Cookies are small data files that a website sends to your browser, which are hosted on your computer and contain certain User information. Session cookies are temporary data files used to improve the browsing experience on the site and are deleted when you close the browser or turn off your device. Persistent cookies, on the other hand, are used to store information that you have previously provided, such as site preferences, and are stored in your device’s storage until they are deleted. For its correct operation, the Platform may use session cookies and other similar elements that allow identifying the activity carried out by Users in their session. In no case, these elements are used to collect and store personal data of Users. Those Users who do not wish to receive or maintain cookies on their computer can configure their browser to that effect. For more information on how to do it, visit the Help section of your browser.
In turn, the Platform could passively collect and use the following information during your session in order to ensure correct operation, in addition to providing usage statistics to the Administrator of the same:
- Browser information: Name and version of the web browser used.
- Device information: Name and model of the device, operating system, MAC (Media Access Control) address, screen resolution, and language.
- Connection information: Type of link and IP address.
Communications
The user agrees to receive email messages and cell phone notifications sent from the platform that include updates from the company’s private social network and other content regarding the use and exploitation of the various solutions and applications active on the company’s platform, and may choose not to receive them or modify the frequency of receipt from their profile preferences.
Limits
Although the privacy of users is a priority, IBLISS cannot withhold information when such action represents a violation of the law. IBLISS reserves the right to disclose users’ personal information when required by law, processes, or court orders.
Consent
IBLISS users give their consent, accepting the terms and conditions of the platform, to the collection and storage of personal information, including email address, in our database and to the use of it in the form of non-personalized aggregate reports that allow us to interpret users’ browsing habits.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013 and other regulations applicable to the Personal Data Processing Regime in Colombia, we inform you that all Personal Data collected and incorporated into this portal will be treated, stored, used and processed online for the purpose of the Platform and in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy of the Contracting Company. It offers all its users the possibility of exercising their rights of consultation and claim on their data through a request addressed directly to the Contracting Company, in its capacity as responsible for these personal data. Therefore, by clicking, you accept and authorize in advance, expressly and informed the processing of your personal data within this Platform.
